At Tropicanna Dispensary & Weed Delivery, we want your delivery experience to be just as easy and welcoming as shopping in-store. This FAQ covers common questions about how our delivery works, what to expect, and how to make the process smooth from start to finish. If you ever need more clarity or personal support, our team is always here to help.
Our delivery hours are every day from 12PM – 9PM. Under California law, deliveries are not permitted after 10PM.
To place a delivery order, you can first browse our online menu here. You can order your cannabis products directly through our online menu or over the phone at (714) 701-8186. To place an order online, select the products that you would like to purchase and add them to your cart. To remain compliant with California law, you will have to upload a valid government-issued ID and a selfie holding that ID. You will then choose your delivery time and enter your delivery address. A licensed delivery driver will complete this process in person which includes verifying your ID at the door and completing the payment process.
Here at Tropicanna, we offer delivery throughout Santa Ana and surrounding Orange County cities. Our delivery services are offered within a 30 mile radius of our dispensary’s location. Listed below are several cities that we deliver to:

We have a $5 flat delivery fee.
Our delivery minimum is dependent upon where you are located. If you are 0-15 miles from our dispensary, there is a $50 minimum. If you are 16-25 miles from our dispensary, there is a $75 minimum. If you are 26+ miles from our dispensary, there is a $100 minimum. Anything over 30 miles requires a $300 minimum and is dependent upon driver availability. Please keep in mind that all of the delivery minimums are pre-tax.
We accept payment in cash or debit (ACH payment). All payments are handled at the door with the delivery driver.
Typically, your delivery will be to you within 30-90 minutes from placing your order. When available, you can also choose a 1-hour delivery window.
The person who placed the online order must be the person collecting the products from our delivery driver. The customer must be present, show a valid government-issued ID, and have accepted payment available.
You will receive updates and communication regarding delivery timing. Please keep your phone nearby in case your delivery driver needs to contact you.
Delivery offers a discreet way to shop, and all deliveries are in compliant packaging.
Tipping is optional but always appreciated!
Yes. The person who placed the online order must be present with their ID that matches the order.
